Land release at Lochaven sold out again!

Lochaven, Dacland’s first community in Melbourne’s south east is exceeding all expectations with the second release of lots sold out as soon as they hit the market last weekend (16 July 2016). The 66-hectare site on the corner of Hall and Evans Roads will become home to around 500 families in Cranbourne West.

Lochaven’s first release in June was also a sellout and savvy buyers were lining up for the second release on 16 July 2016.

Dacland’s Managing Director John C Dwyer said the new community was proving extremely popular for several reasons.

Lochaven is in a fantastic location and Dacland’s reputation for creating beautiful sought after places to live clearly appeal. The new community will include a school, 10 hectares of Dacland’s signature beautifully landscaped green open space, a retirement village, and a Woolworths supermarket.

At the heart of Lochaven is an impressive central park that contours around the area’s existing waterway and opens into a series of smaller, interconnected parks. This is central to developing Lochaven’s truly integrated community, as the open space and pathways link all aspects of people’s lives through a natural parkland corridor.

“Residents will be able to walk to everything they need for quality living in 21st century Melbourne,” John said.

There are many potential buyers now waiting on land at Lochaven so there will be another release in August to meet demand.
